A €1,000,000 price drop has been announced on the 27.6-metre Pershing motor yacht Mavis, listed for sale with David Jakabovic of Morley Yachts.
Delivered in 2019, Mavis is a pristine example of the Italian yard's 9X model, with her composite hull design penned by Fulvio De Simoni. She has only been privately used since new and her broker notes that she has been extremely well maintained.
Built for aerodynamics and speed, Mavis's gunmetal hull cuts a striking figure on the water.
The main saloon features wide panoramic windows with uninterrupted views of the sea on either side and modern furnishings. Guests can come together around a large U-shaped couch and TV, or filter out onto the main deck aft for al fresco dining.
In terms of accommodation, Mavis can host eight guests across four cabins. The yacht for sale features a full-beam master suite, a VIP cabin and two twin cabins. All accommodation is located on the lower deck and is equipped with en-suite facilities.
The Pershing 9X is ideal for an owner eager to sunbathe. Situated at the foredeck, guests will find a large sunpad area as well as a social hub in the form of two integrated sofas and a small card table.
Meanwhile, the spacious flybridge sits above the wheelhouse, offering panoramic views and ample opportunity to lounge or entertain. More sunpads are available, as well as a helm for outdoor piloting.
Twin MTU engines and Seakeeper stabilisers ensure both speed and comfort while underway. Mavis cruises at 36 knots and can achieve a top speed of 36 knots.
Lying in Split, Croatia, Mavis is now asking €5,900,000 with VAT paid.
