The 30.48 metre tri-deck motor yacht The Admiral, listed for sale by Rick Weisenberger at Crow’s Nest Yachts, has had a $190,000 price reduction.

Built in aluminium by US yard Broward Marine, she was delivered in 1996 and is keenly for sale by a two-yacht owner. The interior in light ash joinery and rosewood floors accommodates 10 guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite, convertible VIP/skylounge suite and port and starboard twins, all with flatscreen televisions, entertainment centres and en-suite bathroom facilities. There is also accommodation for three crew in two cabins aboard this yacht for sale.

The Admiral is now asking $985,000

The full-beam main saloon has a dining table forward with seating for eight guests and generous cabinet storage for china, glassware and a wine cooler. Moving aft is the enormous lounge area offering a seven-seater L-shaped settee to port facing a full entertainment centre including a 70-inch home theatre screen and a Denon stereo surround sound system.

A small aft deck has a teak table and four folding deck chairs for al fresco cocktails, while port and starboard curved stairways lead down to an integrated swim step and boarding platform.

The large sun deck features reclining sun loungers and seating for 20 guests behind port and starboard dining tables plus a bar and fridge. The entire deck has a custom stainless steel soft top covered by a retractable motorised translucent Sunbrella fabric. Twin 800hp Detroit Diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 11 knots and a range of 2,500 nautical miles.

Lying in Marina del Rey, California, The Admiral is now asking $985,000.
