Another price cut now as Ardell's Todd Rittenhouse in the California office sends word of a $245,000 drop on the 26.5m raised pilothouse motor yacht Anaisa.

Built in 2005 and delivered in 2006 by Johnson Yachts, Anaisa accommodates eight guests in a master suite, VIP stateroom and a double and twin cabin while twin 1550hp Caterpillar engines give speeds of up to 20 knots.

Lying in Newport Beach, California, Anaisa is down from $3,495,000 to $2,950,000.
