News in over the weekend from Cromwell Littlejohn at Merle Wood & Associates of a $3 milion price reduction on the 48m motor yacht Scott Free.

Built by Christensen in 2007, her on-deck, full-beam master suite includes a private office and a relaxing sitting area, two walk-in wardrobes, and lavish his-and-hers en suite bathrooms, complete with spa tub and a marble shower. The other guest cabins include a full beam grand VIP, also with spa tub and shower, two with king-size beds, one double and one twin, all with en suite bathrooms. Televisions, DVD and music players, worldwide satellite communications and Internet are also included in each cabin.

Designed with entertaining and relaxation in mind, the enormous sun deck offers luxurious features such as a spacious bar, ideally suited for informal occasions, an oversized spa tub and comfortable lounging areas with chaise longues, adorned with mounds of soft throw cushions on which to relax and enjoy the sun and beautiful vistas. The aft boat deck area on Scott Free offers alfresco dining with unobstructed views and intimate privacy.

Cromwell comments, ‘Scott Free has great features that are difficult to find on a yacht under 60m including separate crew access to deck and guest areas as well as an elevator servicing all four decks, all the while remaining under the 500 GRT threshold.’

Located in South Florida, Scott Free is now asking $32.5 million.
