The 33 metre motor yacht Amerika, listed for sale by Nauta Yachts and Moncada di Paterno, has been sold with Idea Yachting and Yacht Time introducing the buyer.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Ferretti to a design by Zuccon International Project and RINA classed, the tri-deck Amerika was delivered in late 2011 as one of the yard’s Custom Line Navetta 33 Crescendo series. Unusually for this series, she accommodates 12 guests in six cabins consisting of a master suite on the main deck with two doubles and three twins on the lower deck, all with Samsung LCD television sets and full en suite facilities.
In common with her sisterships, Amerika’s public areas include a spacious saloon with huge windows, sliding doors opening to the aft deck and sliding doors opening to a starboard sea balcony. Along a corridor forward is the galley to port, and a day head to starboard.
Al fresco dining and entertaining spaces are plentiful, including a large sheltered aft deck with access to the swim platform, and a flybridge offering sunbathing areas, comfortable seating, a Jacuzzi spa and a shower. The upper deck contains the pilothouse and sky lounge, which can be open or closed, allowing for great views, while the aft area is massive, almost demanding all-night parties, followed by a day basking in the sun.
Power comes via twin 1,528hp MAN engines giving her a cruising speed of 16.5 knots, with the engines having notched up just 270 hours at the time of sale. She also benefits from zero speed stabilizers.
Lying in Ancona, Italy, Amerika was asking €5.5 million.
