The 29 metre motor yacht M.A.S., jointly listed for sale by Tom Benson at Sunseeker France and Atalanta Marine in Greece, has had a €250,000 price reduction.
Built in GRP by Sunseeker International, this yacht for sale was delivered in 2002 as a Sunseeker Predator 95 model. In 2014 she had a thorough refit including an engine overhaul and a new teak deck. Accommodation is for eight guests in four generous cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite and two twin cabins, all with en suite bathroom facilities.
From the cockpit, a curved stainless steel and glass door gives access to the saloon. Here the style has been kept deliberately simple, with quality the main factor. The settees are in cream leather and the furniture and trim a rich lacquered cherry wood. This leaves the focus of interest on the helm forward where four black adjustable Besenzoni seats dominate the scene. A large sunroof can be opened up to bring fresh air and sun into the saloon.
In the galley of M.A.S, an island counter separates this area from the saloon proper. The galley has black granite tops which, combined with the brushed stainless steel of the fridge, creates a clean, sophisticated style. This is softened by the leather and wood ambience of the saloon, which has plenty of headroom, emphasising the depth of the large hull.
Outside at the stern, an ingenious extending sunbed offers generous space for sunning without intruding on the cockpit space. Forward of this sunbed is the first of a series of settees that surround the cockpit. In the starboard forward corner a bar complete with barbecue grill has been incorporated so that this space becomes one big al fresco entertainment centre with an extending awning above to give shelter from the sun. Twin 2,000hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 26 knots.
Lying in Montenegro, M.A.S is now asking €1,150,000 with VAT paid.
