The 25.91 metre Princess motor yacht Las Brisas, listed for sale by Joe Marino at Atlantic Yacht & Ship, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Jeff Stanley at Gilman Yachts.

Built in GRP by British yard Princess, Las Brisas was delivered in 2011 as a Princess 85 model and has been only lightly used since. Her chic beach house-style interior can accommodate up to eight guests in four cabins comprised of a full-beam master suite, VIP suite and two twins, all with entertainment centres, LCD television screens and en-suite bathroom facilities.

Las Brisas was asking $1,700,000

The saloon is open-plan and comes with two leather sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table and an entertainment centre including a 55-inch LCD television screen and a stereo surround sound system. Forward is a formal dining area with seating for up to eight guests and storage for glassware, china and silver.

Outdoor areas are extensive and include a large aft deck with U-shaped seating and a teak table, while up on the flybridge al fresco entertainment and dining options are excellent. This deck offers a helm position, sunpads, barbecue, a wet bar, a Jacuzzi spa tub and ample seating around a large teak dining table, all under a GRP hard top with a retractable sunroof.

Her top speed is 28 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 650 nautical miles at 21 knots with power coming from two 1,825hp Caterpillar C-32-ACERT diesel engines.
