The 28.6-metre Riva motor yacht Memories has been sold, with Rory Moran of Moran Yacht & Ship representing the seller and Staten Island Yacht Sales introducing the buyer.
Memories was delivered in 2024 as the 25th unit from the Italian yard and brand of Ferretti Group's hugely successful 90 Argo model. Officina Italiana Design penned the model's exterior design, which was developed with naval architecture from the Ferretti Engineering Department. Her broker noted that she is presented to the market in "perfect condition with very light use".
Accommodation on board is for eight guests in four cabins, all with en suite bathroom facilities, including a spacious master suite located forward on the main deck for additional privacy and comfort. Further quarters accommodate a crew of four.
The interior of Memories is a showcase of "sophisticated Italian craftsmanship", according to her broker. The main saloon offers guests a bright and spacious open-plan lounge and formal dining area for eight, decorated with pale wood flooring and a contemporary, slightly nautical colour scheme.
Outside, Memories' sporty, slender profile offers expansive deck spaces, the highlight of which is the flybridge up top, with sunbeds, round sofas, a dining area and a full bar, perfect for entertaining or relaxing.
The main deck aft also offers an alternative space to relax, with its casual al fresco dining table. Further sunpads can be found on the foredeck for far-reaching views during cruising.
The 145GT yacht is powered by twin MTU engines, capable of reaching a top speed of 26 knots and a cruising speed of 22 knots, with a range of 320 nautical miles. Key specs include a 6.5-metre beam and a 2.2-metre draught.
Memories was asking $8,000,000 with US duty paid.
