More news of a new superyacht on the market arrives as David Wiest at RJC Yachts sends word that, having sold her to her current owner three years ago, he’s just signed the 39.6m motor yacht *Magic *for sale.

This tri-deck superyacht was built by Northern Marine in 2005 and custom designed by Ward Setzer. Winner of the 2005 Pacific Northwest Superyacht Society Design Award, she offers an elegant classic interior of rich satin mahogany featuring custom raised panels and mouldings throughout. Her luxurious five stateroom layout provides a full beam, on-deck master suite along with two king VIP staterooms and two additional guest cabins below, all with ensuite marble bathrooms. A spacious saloon, formal dining, skylounge, upper and lower aft decks, flybridge with Jacuzzi and gourmet galley complete her generous accommodation.

Powered by economical twin 1480hp MTU engines, Magic cruises comfortably at 14 knots while providing 18 knot top end speed. Designed with a 6' 10" shallow draft, she's ideal for island cruising while still providing an extended range of nearly 3000 nautical miles. Currently en route to South Florida, Magic is asking $13.995 million.
