Good news from Sunseeker London that Richard Tilley has found a buyer for the 28.14m motor yacht No 9 in an in-house deal.

No 9 is a Sunseeker 28 built in 2012. She is comprehensively specified and, meticulously maintained, has low hours on the engines. Sleeping eight guests in four staterooms as well as four crew, the interior decor is in black American walnut throughout.

Features include a folding balcony off the main saloon, a hard top, flybridge crane and a Jacuzzi. Twin 1,950hp MTU engines power No 9 to a speed of 28 knots. With a full manufacturer warranty until July 2014, she has always been privately used.

No 9 was asking £4.25 million, VAT inclusive.
