The 24.89 metre motor yacht Carte Blanche has changed central agencies and is now listed for sale by Tom Barnes at bluewater in Antibes.
Built in GRP by UK yard Sunseeker International, this yacht for sale was delivered in 2013 as a highly specified Predator 80 model. Generous accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins consisting of a full beam master suite, forward VIP suite and two twin cabins, all with flat screen television sets, entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities.
The comfortable main saloon has U-shaped settees grouped around a large coffee table to port, a wine cooler and an entertainment centre including a 55 inch Samsung LED television screen. Forward and to port is a dining table with seating for eight guests on a settee and three chairs. A glass sliding sunroof helps flood the saloon with sunlight, creating the illusion of al fresco dining.
The huge aft cockpit has every facility for al fresco entertaining and dining, including built in upholstered seating, a table on a stainless steel pedestal, bar, barbecue and an electric canopy for protection against the sun.
The foredeck on Carte Blanche houses yet another outdoor area, with U-shaped upholstered seating around a table and a large sun pad forward.
With only one owner since new, her twin 1,950hp MTU engines have logged less than 400 hours and power her to a cruising speed of 26 knots. Sleipner fin stabilizers help to eliminate roll motion at sea and in port.
Lying in Antibes, France, Carte Blanche is asking €3,250,000 with VAT paid.
