Anne Dixon at Camper & Nicholsons gives me the nod to publish news of Tim Langmead's latest central agency for sale, the 26.5m sailing yacht Liberty II.
A ketch-rigged yacht, Liberty II was built by the CNB yard in 1990 to a design by German Frers. Her light and airy wood panelled saloon and the master suite were given a refit in 2006 at the same time as a new teak deck was installed.
Liberty II sleeps six guests in a master suite, VIP stateroom and twin cabin and her 280hp Mercedes engine offers a range of 1,000 nautical miles. Liberty II is asking €1.5 million.
