Jason Dunbar at Luke Brown Yachts drops me a line about his new central agency, the 100' Broward motor yacht Prana.
Built in 1981, her interior layout is classic Broward: a full width salon, dining area and bar; day head; galley and country kitchen; a master cabin with his and hers baths; and two large en suite guest cabins. A leather sectional sofa in the salon converts to a queen-size bed, allowing for two extra guests. She has a large fly bridge and open aft/swim deck area which are ideal for entertaining.
She had an extensive refit between 2009 and 2010 including a new exterior paint job, various mechanical and electrical upgrades, and a large number of improvements to the interior.
Prana is asking $799,000.
