Sarsen was built in 1970 as a North Atlantic survey vessel, purpose built for Polar exploration.
In 2006 she was converted into an intimate charter vessel. The stern has been altered to incorporate a landing platform, a small swimming pool and large outdoor dining area with barbecue facilities. The research laboratories have become an elegant dining room with a surround sound music system. The upper deck has been refurbished into a luxurious TV room with large screen plasma and surround sound.
Six fully air-conditioned guest suites accommodate 12 guests. The master stateroom features a large en suite bathroom, queen sized bed, and owner's lounge with leather sofas. The guest cabins with en suite bathrooms feature comfortable double beds with double innerspring mattresses and wi-fi access points and phones for internal and external communication.
Located in Phuket, Thailand, Sarsen is asking $5.6 million.
