A call to Yachtzoo confirms that they've taken over the central listing of the 44.8m motor yacht Tuscan Sun with a $5 million price drop.

Built by Izar in 2006 to a design styled by Reymond Langton, Tuscan Sun is Lloyd's classed and MCA compliant. Luiz De Basto designed an exquisite interior for this superyacht, accommodating 12 guests in a master suite, three double staterooms and two twin cabins. A popular charter yacht, twin 1,650hp Caterpillar engines give Tuscan Sun a range of 5,000 nautical miles at nine knots.

Available to view at the Fort Lauderdale boat show, Tuscan Sun is asking $19.95 million.
