The 34.3-metre sloop Pauline is newly listed for sale with Simon Turner of Berthon International.
She had a major rebuild, from 2015 to 2016, with structural laminate work to the hull and all systems renewed or refitted. Nautor approved the structural work and the yacht was purchased by her current owners – as their fifth Swan – in 2017. They cruised some 21,000 nautical miles, including to Sweden, Norway, the Caribbean and the Mediterranean.
Pauline benefits from a classic, well-balanced and voluminous layout for a party of up to eight, accommodated aft, with up to six crew forward. She is finished in hand-rubbed, varnished Burmese teak. Bulkheads have never had pictures hung on them so the wood is unblemished.
Aft, there is a generous full beam master double cabin, with sofa to starboard and desk/dressing table to port, while the two guest cabins are twin-berthed, with an additional Pullman berth in each. Crew are well catered for with their own mess forward of the mast, opposite the galley. On deck, twin helms are situated aft of the well-proportioned cockpit and the whole area can be protected by a foldable bimini.
The sailing yacht for sale's single MTU engine gives her a significant range under power of 2,300 nautical miles at 9.5 knots and a maximum speed of 12 knots.
Pauline is lying in Valencia and asking €3,500,000 with VAT paid.
