The 25.43 metre sportfish motor yacht Mr Grinch, listed for sale by Michael C Galati at Galati Yacht Sales, has been sold in an in-house deal.
Built in GRP by US yard Viking, Mr Grinch was delivered in 2010 as a Viking 82 convertible model. An interior in neutral colours with black granite accents accommodates eight guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite and port and starboard twins, all with entertainment centres, flatscreen television sets and en suite bathroom facilities. In addition, two crew are accommodated in an en suite twin cabin.
The saloon has comfortable seating on custom settees, a bar and liquor cabinet with three stools and an entertainment centre featuring a 50-inch pop up television screen and a Bose stereo surround sound system. Forward, the galley offers a banquette table for casual snacks.
The cockpit is fully kitted out for serious game fishing, including a live bait well, bait freezers, rod holders, a Bluewater fighting chair and, when hunger strikes, a Gaggenau electric grill. Meanwhile, the flybridge offers three Murray helm chairs, rod racks, U-shaped seating, a freezer and aft rail rocket launchers. Her top speed is 30 knots and her power comes from two 2,400.0hp MTU 16V2000M93 diesel engines.
Mr Grinch was asking $3,995,000.
