In photos: Roberto Cavalli’s new superyacht Freedom revealed

Captured underway, it's easy to see how fashion designer Roberto Cavalli's new superyacht Freedom was inspired by Batman. Since the sale of the 28 metre CCN custom yacht was first announced in May 2017, details have been thin on the ground. But now never-before-seen photos reveal the Tommaso Spadolini-designed interior for the first time, from the sky-blue galley, to the leopard-print furnishings. It's not hard to see how the boat was a finalist in the Best Exterior Styling and Best General Arrangement categories at the 2019 Boat International Design & Innovation Awards.

Freedom

The unusual layout on board Roberto Cavalli's 27-metre Freedom sees the full beam galley and dining space located on the lower deck. Cavalli loves to cook himself, so the galley has been made intentionally spacious, with plentiful counter space and a good sound system. It is so large in fact, that Cavalli claimed: “It’s bigger than my bedroom."
