Italian yard Arcadia Yachts has announced the sale of a second A80new model, only a few weeks after the first unit made its world premiere at the Cannes Yachting Festival. According to the builder, the yacht is soon to be delivered and will be based in Ibiza.
The key driver of the A80new was to work within a LOA of 23.98 metres, allowing owners greater flexibility when mooring and cruising while complying with the "latest [environmental] regulations" regarding Mediterranean seagrass. Arcadia Yachts also noted its "latest-generation solar panels" and advanced energy management systems as proof of this ethos of sustainability.
Accommodation is across four guest cabins on the lower deck and a main deck "owner's quarter" complete with a vanity space, en suite and walk-in wardrobe.
There are further quarters for four crew, with the yard explaining that the "level of service" becomes an important consideration for owners in the 24-metre-plus bracket.
Other design highlights onboard the 131GT yacht include the sundeck, which features a television lounge, mini bar and the range's first external helm station, and a multi-functional garage for tenders and sports equipment.
According to BOATPro, Arcadia Yachts has 31 yachts currently on the water.
