Azimut Reveals 38m Tri-Deck at Cannes Yachting Festival

Azimut Reveals 38m Tri-Deck at Cannes Yachting Festival

Italian yard Azimut has announced its largest ever yacht project; the 38 metre Trideck.

The yard used the occasion of the Cannes Yachting Show to announce the project, revealing that the first three units have already been sold.

The 38 metre yacht will have a GT under 300GT with a semi planning hull and anticipated top speed of 24 knots. It will be the biggest Azimut ever built.

Exterior design comes courtesy of Alberto Mancini while the interior will be penned by Antonio Salvagni. Various interior layouts are available offering either five or six guest cabins. Other features include an open beach area, a full lounge on the main deck and dining area on the upper deck.

Set to be built at Azimut’s Viareggio facility, the first three hulls in the series are set to be launched by the end of 2020.

It comes as Azimut-Benetti presented three new models at the festival; the Azimut S10, S8 and 78 Fly.

Earlier this year, Benetti launched three 100m+ superyachts. The first to be delivered, the 108 metre IJE, was handed over to its new owners in July following rigorous sea trials.
