First Baglietto T54 yacht model moves to outfitting

The first unit from Baglietto's T54 yacht model has arrived at the Italian yard's La Spezia facilities for outfitting. The 54-metre superyacht will now undergo final works ahead of her delivery in 2027.

The construction update follows the announcement of the yacht's sale earlier this year, in October, which was secured thanks to the support of SuperYachtsMonaco. Technical consultancy is being provided by Arrow Monaco, which will represent the client throughout all phases of the construction.

The shipyard also announced that a second unit is already under construction on speculation, with delivery planned for 2028.

An evolution of her successful smaller sibling, the T52, the 54-metre shares the same classic, masculine lines but comes with an increase in volume, though the yard confirmed that the model will still sit just under 500GT. Italian designer Francesco Paszkowski is responsible for the model's design.

The aft area has a similar configuration to the T52 – developing over three interconnected levels – but is naturally larger, allowing for a proper lounge area around the infinity pool. A wellness area with a spa and gym is also featured, directly accessible from the beach platform, with other highlights including a wider sundeck (at 150 square metres) and the skylounge, which maintains the range's three-sided opening.

Interiors are largely undisclosed, though an "expanded" master suite with private veranda and an additional upper deck guest cabin have been listed as additional perks of the model's increased length. Technical areas have also been rearranged to allow the main saloon to open onto the outer deck, with floor-to-ceiling windows inviting in plenty of natural light.

Fabio Ermetto, Baglietto’s chief commercial officer, commented on what the model means for the shipyard: "The T54 represents a new chapter for Baglietto: a project born from careful listening to the market and a desire to push boundaries without ever betraying our identity. It is a perfect synthesis of elegance, innovation and customisation — values that guide us every day."

The Baglietto T54 will utilise Caterpillar C32 engines offering a top speed of 16 knots, though it is also compatible with hybrid propulsion.

According to BOATPro, Baglietto has 11 yacht projects on order or currently under construction. This includes a 56-metre custom build designed by Italian studio Enrico Gobbi – Team for Design.
