Canadian shipyard Crescent Custom Yachts has announced the delivery of its 36.6-metre new build motor yacht Maximus III. According to the yard, she will now remain on the West Coast with her experienced, Californian owner.
The tri-deck, custom aluminium superyacht was launched in June 2025 from the yard's Vancouver facilities, conceived to a design by Canadian designer Gregory C. Marshall with naval architecture by Robert Schofield.
Along with Crescent Custom Yachts, the owner worked closely with Marshall to create a yacht suited to their West Coast lifestyle, including incorporating a spacious fishing cockpit attached to the aft of the vessel.
Inside, light woods and white onyx are paired with off-white leather and neutral, textured fabrics, presenting a serene and welcoming ambience throughout the social living and dining areas.
The main saloon is designed for relaxation, fitted with twin sofas centered around a fireplace, while forward lies a circular dining table for eight next to a backlit Onyx bar. For more informal gatherings, the nearby California-style galley allows guests to socialise on a large dining settee or at a stone countertop.
The owner’s "Sky Suite" is situated amidships on the upper deck, featuring expansive views and a private deck with a firepit accessed by an expansive sliding glass door. Additional guest accommodations include a full-beam VIP suite on the main deck, another full-beam VIP suite and two further cabins on the lower deck.
For fresh air, alternative social areas can be found on the top deck, which includes a large sit-up bar, dining table and Jacuzzi with an accompanying sunpad.
Following her delivery, Maximus III will be offered for yacht charters on the West Coast (including the Pacific Northwest and Alaska) during the upcoming summer season.
According to BOATPro, Crescent Custom Yachts currently has two yachts in build, including the recently launched 42.2-metre yacht Dauntless.
BOAT stepped on board the yard's 50-metre flagship Danzante Bay last year, which currently holds the title as the largest superyacht ever built in Canada.
