Fort Lauderdale-based brokerage firm FGI Yacht Group has announced the sale of the eighth hull in Mangusta’s Oceano 39 series, with delivery scheduled for spring 2028.
The 39.2-metre motor yacht is part of Italian yard Mangusta Yachts' (a brand of Overmarine Group) long-range Oceano line, which features a beam of 8.5 metres and accommodation for up to 12 guests across five cabins, supported by a crew contingent. Hull eight continues the momentum of the Oceano 39 series, which has already earned recognition for combining contemporary design with generous interior volume and strong seakeeping.
Powered by twin MTU 12V 2000 M86 engines delivering 1,700hp each, the model is expected to reach a top speed of 18 knots and a cruising speed of 16 knots. Built in fibreglass, the Oceano 39 offers extended-range cruising while maintaining the sporty styling associated with the Mangusta brand.
Special recognition was given to Americas president Stefano Arlunno and the wider Mangusta team for their "continued partnership and commitment to delivering exceptional results."
The buyer was represented by Henry Schonthal, with the sale marking his second Mangusta build this year and their fourth overall. Collectively, the FGI team has now sold eight new-construction projects with the Italian shipyard, strengthening its reputation as a leading firm for Mangusta builds worldwide.
