KRC Yachting lifts lid on 43m superyacht concept Antilia 43

Turkish builder KRC Yachting has revealed a new superyacht concept known as Antilia 43, a 43-metre motor yacht which combines powerful architecture, generous volumes and a restrained approach to luxury on board.

Naval architecture was developed by the shipyard, who also collaborated with Baran Akalın Design on her exterior and interior design.

Her strong, sculpted hull is defined by clean architectural lines, which give the yacht a confident and contemporary profile balanced through generous glazing and carefully-proportioned volumes. The result is a vessel that boasts a distinctive character without relying on unnecessary visual complexity.

Designed around life at sea, large, carefully positioned openings blur the boundaries between exterior and interior spaces. Nowhere is this philosophy more evident than at her generous beach club, where balconies transform the stern area into an expansive living space at the water's edge.

A raised seating area further enhances this connection, allowing guests to remain close to the water while maintaining a sense of privacy and comfort.

This space also boasts one of three Jacuzzis - the other two located on the upper deck and sundeck.

Moving from the beach club to the interior living spaces, an ample lounge and dining area exudes a timeless and understated aesthetic. The design studio opted for natural textures and materials that establish a warm and tactile atmosphere, while thought has been given to spatial composition to ensure visual calm and continuity.

Below the main living spaces, guests will find the garage and gym, which provide a more functional layer to the yacht and can be configured according to the owner's needs. Above, the sundeck also features generous seating areas and a spacious bar area for al fresco dining and entertaining.

In terms of accommodation, she boasts a generous eight cabins for up to 12 guests, including a dedicated owner's cabin on the upper deck and a VIP cabin on the main deck, featuring a his-and-hers bathroom.

On the technical side, the yacht is powered by two MAN D2868 LE436 engines, each boasting 1,200 hp. She is predicted to reach a maximum speed of 14 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots.

Antilia 43 is the second concept unveiled by the shipyard this year. In February, it released details regarding a new 36-metre superyacht concept known as Opera.

Developed as a "new-generation" steel and aluminium displacement yacht, the vessel is designed by Italian designer Gabriele Teruzzi and is scheduled for delivery within 24 months of contract signing.
