The yard will now develop its current facilities in Ravenna, Italy to include a new shed measuring 120m x 32m x 30m. An adjacent building will be dedicated to outfitting activities, comprising carpentry, offices and a showroom.

The yard, which currently specialises in expedition yachts and shadow vessels, is currently building the 38 metre Hydro Tec-designed explorer, due for delivery in 2021.

Speaking about the expansion, Rosetti chief executive Ermanno Bellettini said: “Rosetti Superyachts is about to make a further important investment that will reinforce the brand as a reference point in the construction of explorer-style yachts in steel and aluminium starting from 35 metres.

“In order to expand we need another construction shed that allows us to build larger yachts than the one we already have.”
