Eighth Sanlorenzo 500EXP yacht Casa F launched

Italian yard Sanlorenzo has launched the eighth 47-metre superyacht from its 500EXP explorer yacht series, previously known as hull 162 and now christened Casa F. 

The milestone was announced by the new build's central listing agent, Ekka Yachts, who noted that she stands as "one of the most complete and highly specified units of the model delivered to date". The yacht is currently asking €35,000,000. 

Francesco Paszkowski Design is responsible for the model's design, which began in 2018 with the launch of the light-blued hulled Ocean Dreamwalker III. According to her brokers, Casa F combines the Sanlorenzo's explorer philosophy with long-range capability and a level of refinement on board "rarely seen within the sub-500GT segment". Alongside this, she benefits from a three-year development process and over €5,000,000 in owner upgrades and bespoke specifications across design, technology and onboard systems.

Highlights include a large beach club with a side balcony, hammam, gym, a Travertino marble bar and a custom hydraulic transformer swim platform. For views above the water, a custom saltwater pool crowns her sundeck.

Inside, living spaces have been highly curated, decorated with premium loose furniture and Loro Piana fabrics and curtains, as well as bespoke marble, custom cabinetry, fluted detailing and herringbone parquet flooring. Bounds of natural light fill each room through large windows, blending the interior and exterior environments, while technical upgrades include a Bang & Olufsen AV throughout, supported by a dedicated DJ station and indoor and outdoor cinema systems.

Accommodation is for up to 10 guests in a five-cabin layout, including a full-beam owner’s suite forward on the main deck with a private terrace and office.

Alongside design and comfort upgrades, Casa F also benefits from an increased fuel capacity and upgraded navigation systems. Her aft-quarter-deck is capable of touch-and-go heli operations nearby to a 7.5-ton submersible crane for tender lifting and launching. Power is from twin 1,300hp Caterpillar C32 ACERT engines offering a top speed of 15 knots. 

She is now available for inspections in Viareggio by appointment.

Sanlorenzo currently has 72 superyachts on order or under construction, according to exclusive data from BOATPro, a number recently reflected in the Italian shipyard's Q1 financial results, where it reported a strong start to the 2026 financial year, with a 25.4 per cent increase in new orders.
