Viken Group, which owns Tillberg Design of Sweden (TDoS), Hot Lab and Thalia Marine, has announced the appointment of Anna Silvesjö as its new CEO.
Formerly Group chief financial officer and partner, Silvesjö combines financial acumen, strategic insight and a deep understanding of brand-aligned design. She also brings a clear strategic vision for the company's future as it continues to develop its position within the marine industry.
"Viken Group will continue to expand into new market segments while deepening partnerships with clients through our on-brand design philosophy," said Silvesjö. "Our design solutions align with each client’s brand identity, culture and target audience. Design excellence, commercial success and a strong culture of innovation and collaboration are central to our direction."
Another key focus for Silvesjö in her new role will be around employer branding, to attract and retain talent in the global marine design industry. She also plans to attend to the development and expansion of Navigator, Viken Group's integrated service platform for project management.
