Blackstone Inc. acquires Hamilton Island marina destination in $1.2B deal

Blackstone Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire Hamilton Island, a resort destination in Queensland, Australia, for an estimated AUD $1.2B. 

The deal, which is subject to regulatory approval, includes a 301-berth marina for vessels up to 45 metres.
