Leading superyacht refit, repair and maintenance company, MB92 Group underwent significant changes throughout 2022. The yard introduced a 4,300-tonne shiplift at MB92 La Ciotat, announced Squircle Capital as a 93% shareholder and overhauled the management structure in each of its Barcelona and La Ciotat facilities. The Group also furthered its goals for expansion by announcing the joint venture of Dubai’s first dedicated superyacht refit and repair facility, set to begin operations in 2023.
