Located in the Gulf of Trieste, close to the Slovenian and Croatian borders, Porto San Rocco Marina Resort lies in one of the most strategic positions in the Northern Adriatic: a gateway between Italy and the wider Adriatic region, providing convenient access to the Italian, Slovenian and Croatian coastlines.

The marina offers 546 berths for yachts up to 60 metres and combines a full-service infrastructure with a waterfront resort.

The site is complete with hotels, restaurants, bars and shops, alongside leisure amenities including a swimming pool, a fitness centre and beauty facilities. There is also a versatile conference hall for conventions or business meetings.

Easy access to the marina is granted via road, rail, air and sea connections, providing an attractive base for owners, captains and crews exploring the Adriatic. Guests at Porto San Rocco will also benefit from D-Marin's marina operations, customer experience, digital innovations and sustainable infrastructure, all part of the company's investment in high-quality marina destinations and supporting local boating communities.

"Porto San Rocco sits at the gateway between Italy and the wider Adriatic, with the scale to welcome yachts up to 60 metres. It fits naturally with our marinas in Italy and Croatia," explained D-Marin CEO Oliver Dörschuck. "We look forward to building on the marina’s strong foundations together with its team and the local community, and bringing D-Marin’s customer-first approach and operational expertise to Muggia."

The new addition now marks the ninth Italian marina under the D-Marin brand, up from one in 2023. According to D-Marin, the country now represents the Group's largest regional portfolio, with existing marinas across Liguria, Tuscany and Sardinia, the latter of which was announced earlier this year.
