KKCG Maritime increases ownership in Ferretti Group after tender offer concludes

According to reports from Borsa Italiana and Reuters, KKCG Maritime concluded its voluntary partial tender offer for Ferretti Group yesterday (13 April 2026), securing approximately 8.7 per cent of the latter's share capital.
