Previously acting as chief commercial and marketing officer at Finnish shipyard Nautor Swan, Matteo Gandini has been redesignated as the Finnish yard's chief commercial and business development officer.
Having joined in January 2023, Gandini will continue to work closely with CEO Giovanni Pomati, now shifting his focus to business development schemes for the brand's new Businesses Power and Services division.
