German shipyard Nobiskrug has acquired interior manufacturing company Wuerzburger Interieur Manufaktur GmbH (WIMA) in a recent purchase agreement that has already come into effect.
WIMA, which is also headquartered in Germany, will continue to operate independently for existing customers in addition to Nobiskrug. It employs 40 staff members independently.
