Yacht brokerage and management group International Yacht Company (IYC) has announced that Peninsula Yachting, a newly created investment vehicle from Peninsula Capital, has acquired a majority stake in the company. According to IYC, the investment will accelerate its geographic expansion in the yachting industry, as well as increase its adjacent offerings to better serve its clients.
