As part of its 40th anniversary celebrations, Ferretti Group's Pershing Yachts brand hosted an unforgettable three-day event on the island of Capri this month.
Owners from around the world gathered to honour the legacy of this iconic brand, joined by new enthusiasts such as Formula 1 driver George Russell, who recently acquired a Pershing 6X motor yacht.
The festivities began with the highly anticipated unveiling of the new Pershing GTX70, followed by a colourful drone light show featuring 300 drones. Guests enjoyed the spectacle from the renowned Capri hotspot “La Canzone del Mare,” and enjoyed a lively performance from Gianluigi Lembo of “Anema e Core”.
The following day, guests lunched in Nerano at Antonio Mellino’s celebrated “Quattro Passi”. In the evening, two exclusive dinner experiences awaited them in Capri: the legendary “Il Riccio” and chef Franco Pepe’s waterfront pizzeria and restaurant, “a-MaRe Capri,” both reserved entirely for the event.
One of the most breathtaking highlights came as the celebration reached its peak - Pershing owners took to the crystalline waters surrounding Capri in a stunning display of performance and style. The scene was dominated by the sleek Pershing 6X, 7X, and 8X models, alongside the latest additions to the Sport Utility Yacht lineup: the Pershing GTX116 and the brand-new GTX70.
