Wealth management firm Praxis completes acquisition of Sarnia Yachts

Global wealth management firm Praxis has completed its acquisition of Sarnia Yachts, a specialist firm providing yacht ownership, management and crewing services, in a strategic move that will allow the company to expand its services. 

The deal, which was initially announced in May, will see Sarnia Yachts' 22 employees across its existing offices in Guernsey, Malta and the UK join together with Praxis, ensuring continuity for clients while also providing access to a new host of private wealth and corporate financial services.
