Brokerage report: July yacht sales up year on year

5 August 2025 • by Emily Dawkins

Exclusive data from BOATPro indicates the yacht brokerage market is currently outperforming results from the previous year, with a total of €283.1 million generated across 29 yacht sales in July 2025. This was more than double last year's €129.2 million (shared across 23 yacht sales), suggesting a market in robust health despite the uncertainty surrounding tariffs leading up to last month's US-EU trade deal

That said, the total value of sales this past month (July 2025) saw a near 42 per cent decline compared to the total sales value in June (€429.4 million), though this happens to fall in line with the industry's seasonal buying patterns.

The second most expensive sale of the month was Benetti's 64.5-metre motor yacht Seanna, exchanged in a deal between Burgess and Royal Yacht International with an asking price of €49.5 million. Details of the largest sale in July remain private.

The most expensive yacht listed for sale in July was the 65-metre Codecasa motor yacht Regina d'Italia, which joined the brokerage market for the first time since her 2019 delivery with Ocean Independence. She is asking €54 million.
