Viken Group acquires Italian yacht design firm Hot Lab

Viken Group has announced its acquisition of the Italian yacht design and architecture firm Hot Lab.

Hot Lab joins naval architecture firm Thalia Marine, which was acquired in April 2022, under the Viken Group umbrella. The Group was formed earlier this year by design firm Tillberg Design of Sweden (TDoS) and its most recent acquisition is made with the aim of facilitating "cost-efficient, customised service with a streamlined production process for each client," the Group said.
