Why charter Salt?
Since Salt (ex Voice) first hit the water in 2020, the 62-metre yacht has been shrouded in secrecy. Only recently, following a 2026 refit, has the yacht sailed into view, having become available for charter. The commissioning owner was inspired by their favourite car – a Rolls-Royce – for the exterior looks and colours, while the interiors (now refreshed) are equally striking. Music was also an important part of the owner’s life, meaning the yacht features audio equipment fit for audiophiles.
Both the interior and exterior design were created by Nuvolari Lenard; fine-tuned by Valentina Zannier, who heads the interior division. The feel on board is calm and contemporary, with clean lines and pops of colour. Following her 2026 upgrade, the yacht for charter now stands in immaculate condition, ready for her inaugural season in the Mediterranean.
Interior mood
Given Salt’s conception as a vessel intended for private use, she presents an exciting addition to the charter fleet. Her interiors are different from the cream coloured interiors we see on many yachts for charter in the Med. In the main saloon, a large free-standing sofa extends down the saloon beneath a custom chandelier.
Originally built with a strong focus on acoustic control, the yacht benefits from an unusually low level of onboard noise so as not to interrupt any music playing on board.
Forward of the saloon is the main interior dining area, which has a large table for the full complement of guests. An additional saloon is located on the upper deck, with a large, curved sofa for relaxed gatherings out of the sun.
Accommodation on board is for 12 guests across six well-appointed cabins. This includes a full-beam master suite on the owner’s deck, which has large floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony. There is also a VIP cabin, two double cabins and two ‘triple’ cabins, which comprise a double and a single bed as well as a Pullman berth.
Out on deck
Salt has large exterior spaces, including a large pool, sun pads, and shaded dining areas. The yacht’s sundeck has plenty of space for socialising and catching the Mediterranean rays, while those who wish to keep moving while on charter can make the most of the on-board gym.
The beach club is where the yacht for charter comes into her own at sea level. Designed to be the heart of the yacht, this is the perfect spot for swims and afternoon lounging near the water.
A large inflatable sea platform transforms the yacht into a private ocean base, complete with pontoons, lounging areas and a protected swimming zone.
