BOAT International is delighted to announce that the Superyacht Design Festival 2024 will return to the town of Kitzbühel in Austria.

The annual event was first hosted in Kitzbühel in 2016, having been held in the Italian town of Cortina in recent years, and is returning to the Austrian town by popular demand.

Set to take place on 28-30 January, the Superyacht Design Festival will bring together some of the most iconic design personalities and speakers in the superyacht world and the wider luxury industry to discuss the latest trends and topics in design.

With an extraordinary three-day programme planned, guests can enjoy talks from distinguished speakers, engage in thought-provoking debates led by high-profile personalities, and share ground-breaking concepts and experiences. Additionally, the much-loved Ski Cup, held in collaboration with Lürssen, will return, challenging participants’ skills on the slopes.

“We are thrilled to be returning to Kitzbühel for the 2024 edition of the prestigious Superyacht Design Festival,” said BOAT International’s CEO Toby Moore. “Following previous successful editions held in Kitzbühel, it was clear that there was a huge appetite from participants to bring the event back to the charming alpine town. The magnificent mountains and medieval centre provide the perfect setting to appreciate the creativity and inspiration of superyacht design.”

The Design & Innovation Awards and the Young Designer of the Year Award, in association with Feadship, will once again take place at this year's event, and BOAT International also announced the addition of the new Artistry and Craft Awards, celebrating exceptional craftsmanship in the superyacht industry.
