Sakura Sour

Just because the yachting season has moved to the Med doesn't mean you need to leave all the tropical vibes behind. Created using a host of unusual ingredients, including kumquat puree, Hibiki Harmony whisky, chu hai peach and sakura tincture, this sophisticated cocktail is far more impressive than your average G&T.


35ml Hibiki Harmony

25ml kumquat puree

25ml lime juice

10ml sugar syrup

20ml egg white

35ml chu hai peach

2 drops sakura tincture

Rose petal to garnish


  1. Shake all ingredients together
  2. Strain into coupe or wide stemmed glass
  3. Garnish with a rose petal
