Held during the Superyacht Design Festival, the 2020 BOAT International Design and Innovation Awards honour the creative talents behind the most exciting, elegant and inspiring new yacht designs from the boards of the world’s leading yacht design studios. With 15 categories up for grabs – plus the prestigious Young Designer of the Year Award – the only way to know who wins a Neptune is to be at the ceremony on Sunday 2 February.

With three social events over the course of the Superyacht Design Festival, including the Cortina town party, Mountain Lodge party and Ski Cup, you will be impressed with who you swap cards with during the event.

The Superyacht Design Festival topics will cover all aspects of yacht design and its future. From emerging construction trends, cutting-edge technologies, and the latest developments in sustainability, to what the next standout interiors will look like, visitors will hear from globally esteemed experts in the field of architecture, design and innovation.

The Mountain Lodge Party is one of the few parties where the great and good of the yachting industry really let their hair down. For 2020, the event will be held at the magical Ristorante Al Lago Ghedina, including a social dinner and entertainment into the late hours. The Ski Cup is just as competitive as the BOAT International Design and Innovation Awards. Set to be held on Mount Faloria, a professional skier will set the time for delegates to beat and the winners will receive a trophy and prizes. For spectators, there will be the usual aprés-ski party to watch the racing and celebrate the final day of the Superyacht Design Festival.
