Princess Yachts swings to profitability as margins recover on lower revenue

Princess Yachts is back in the black, with the Plymouth-based firm announcing a return to profitability with a pre-tax profit of £9.4 million for the year ending 31 December 2025, compared with a £17 million loss in 2024.

The shift comes as year-on-year revenue dropped by almost 15 per cent to £321.8 million, a decline the shipyard attributed to lower production volumes, softer market conditions and a deliberate decision to align production capacity to match demand.
