John Tood at Burger Yacht Sales sends news of a $200,000 price drop on his central listing, the 24.69m motor yacht Silver Lining.

Built in 1972 and refitted several times, she's a traditional Burger yacht with all the best attributes of the breed. Her wide beam full volume semi-displacement hull design gives her sufficient range for serious cruising while her updated interior, refitted with natural finished woodwork, is exquisite.

The all new galley, located on the main deck just forward of the pilothouse, is furnished with modern appliances and abundant storage.

In the most recent refit, the layout was modified from two staterooms to a much more practical three stateroom layout sleeping six guests and the ensuite heads were upgraded with new fixtures, flooring, countertops and décor. Silver Lining is now down from $995,000 to $795,000.
