A €651,000 price reduction has been announced on the 26.5-metre Filippetti Yachts motor yacht Domus, listed for sale with Peter Redford and Eugenio Cannarsa of Fraser.
The first hull of the Navetta 26 series, she was delivered by Filippetti Yachts in Rimini, Italy, in 2011. One of only two in the series, the motor yacht was designed by Pietro Mingarelli, who also completed the naval architecture, while her interiors were penned by Italian studio Hot Lab.
Stepping on board Domus, guests are greeted by a sociable main saloon offering two sofas centred by a coffee table as well as a white marble dining table that seats eight guests. The open-plan space benefits from being flanked by windows, allowing natural light and panoramic views to elevate the area.
Accommodation on board is for eight guests across four spacious cabins. A highlight of the motor yacht's layout is the full-beam main deck owner's suite, allowing separation from the guest quarters on the lower deck, which comprises a VIP, a double and a twin. All rooms are equipped with en suites, with additional space for four crew members.
Al fresco dining is available on the main deck aft with a dining table for eight guests on a spacious teak deck. The dining area is covered by the deck above, making it suitable for all-weather use.
A sunbathing spot can be found on the foredeck, providing sunpads on the bow as well as a dining area with two built-in sofas and a built-in table.
Further social space is showcased on the flybridge, with a second saloon aft of the helm acting as another lounging area. This space also benefits from surrounding windows offering 360-degree views.
Moving through the glass double doors, guests will find a long white sofa and three double sunpads to catch the sun and enjoy unobstructed views.
Powered by twin Caterpillar diesel engines, the yacht for sale's top speed is 16 knots while her cruising speed reaches 14 knots.
Domus is now asking €3,999,000.
