A new central agency has been announced for the 46.4-metre Feadship motor yacht Constance, now listed for sale with Matt Pinckney and Nicholas von Sydow of Burgess.

Delivered by the Dutch yard in 1986, with elegant exterior lines constructed by De Voogt Naval Architects and interiors penned by Glade Johnson Design, the classic motor yacht underwent an 18-month refit in 2016 at Pendennis Shipyard. The works saw that she was refurbished from bow to stern and rejuvenated for new owners.

She was later refitted in 2021 and is scheduled to undergo a further three-month refit in 2026, which will also see her 10-Year Special Survey completed.

Constance is asking €13,500,000

Her broker notes that she "offers a well-balanced layout across three decks" that makes smart use of her 418GT. Walking into the main saloon, guests will find a large space filled with warm woods and a soothing blue and coral colour palette. The formal dining table seats eight and is located forward behind a room divider for added privacy.

Up a level, Constance features an upper saloon – similar in theme and tone – with a bar and access to the upper deck.

Following her refit in 2016, Constance's living spaces were expanded and she can accommodate a party of 12 across five cabins. The owner's suite is situated on the main deck, basking in plenty of light, and featuring a sofa, desk space, and en suite facilities.

Further accommodation comprises three double cabins and a twin, with two pullman berths also available.

Constance is fully equipped for socialising and entertainment across all her outdoor spaces. The main deck aft opens into an al fresco dining space with three different seating configurations, lying on pale teak boards.

Meanwhile, the upper deck features an upholstered settee and ample room to set up sun-loungers, indulge in al fesco dining, as well as store the yacht's collection of water toys and tenders.

Rounding off Constance's outdoor spaces is the sundeck with two L-shaped sunpad formations, an exercise bike, loungers, a bar, and a hot tub for guests to relax in.

Constance is built to Lloyd's Register classification and she is MCA compliant, offering her future owner reassurance in regards to her seaworthiness.

The yacht for sale cruises at 12 knots and is capable of top speeds at 14 knots thanks to her twin 900hp Caterpillar engines.

Lying in Antigua, Constance is asking €13,500,000.
