The 32.9-metre motor yacht Beachfront has been sold in-house at 26 North Yachts, with Anthony Gathercole representing the seller and Jesse Fortin representing the buyer.
Built in GRP by Taiwanese yard Hargrave Yachts, Beachfront was delivered in 2006 as a raised pilothouse motor yacht and was comprehensively refitted in 2022, with a complete exterior paint job along with extensive interior upgrades and enhancements throughout. Offering generous volume, excellent separation of spaces and a flexible layout, her strong charter history further enhances her appeal.
Inside, the main saloon welcomes guests with a contemporary yet inviting atmosphere. A large plush down sofa with matching ottomans spans nearly the full length of the space, complemented by two bucket chairs and a new hi/low LED television to starboard. Forward, the formal dining area seats up to 10 guests beneath striking custom glass artwork that serves as a dramatic focal point. Extensive storage for dining accessories, wine and charter supplies has been thoughtfully incorporated, while new carpets, wall paneling, window treatments, furniture and lighting complete the refreshed interior aesthetic.
Accommodation is for up to 10 guests in five cabins, comprising a forward VIP, twin bunk cabins, and port and starboard guest cabins. The full-beam master suite is accessed via double doors and offers a refined private retreat. A king-size bed is flanked by a vanity and storage to starboard, while a sofa to port sits beneath large porthole windows. His-and-hers wardrobes, custom artwork, new window treatments and plush carpeting complete the space.
Beachfront benefits from an expansive flybridge, which is designed for entertaining on a grand scale. Forward, the upper helm is fitted with three helm chairs and excellent sightlines. Aft, guests will find a full bar with elevated stools, generous lounge seating, a ten-person dining table, a large Jacuzzi, sun loungers with adjustable backrests and storage for two personal watercraft.
The aft deck features a large dining table seating 10 guests, ideal for al fresco meals. Forward, the bow offers a versatile lounging area with wraparound seating and sunpads, with the option for shade when desired.
Twin 1,625hp Caterpillar diesel engines and a modified V-hull give this yacht a cruising speed of 18 knots.
