A new central agency has been announced on the 33.5-metre Riva motor yacht Janette, now listed for sale with Konstantin Kolpakov and Rodion Burduzhan of Arcon Yachts.
The Italian shipyard delivered the motor yacht in 2020 as one of the 110 Dolce Vita yachts, with a design by Officina Italiana Design, who also penned her interiors, alongside naval architecture developed by Ferretti Engineering Department.
Welcoming guests on board the 7.2-metre beam yacht is an inviting main saloon that blends both lounging and dining for 10 within an open-plan layout. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the social area with the surrounding views and allow natural light to flood in.
Accommodation on board is for 10 guests across five cabins, including a spacious master suite that features a marble-clad en suite.
Al fresco living is catered for across the two decks, starting with a dining table on the main deck aft. Paired with a soft banquette hugging a polished wood table, the dining area is shaded by the overhang which allows for all-weather use.
Up top, the sundeck is the highlight on board, with a lounging space centred by a coffee table.
A sunbathing area is located on the foredeck with a spa pool nestled into the bow where guests can cool off and soak in the sun while gazing at the uninterrupted views ahead.
The yacht for sale is powered by twin MTU engines and can reach a top speed of 29 knots while also being able to cruise at 25 knots.
Janette is asking €11,900,000.
