The 34.1-metre Westport motor yacht Simplicity has been sold in a deal with Jason Dunbar of Luke Brown Yachts representing the seller and Jason Walton of Autograph Yachts representing the buyer.

Delivered in 2011, she was designed by Taylor Olson and Westport alongside naval architecture by Jack Sarin. Her interiors were penned in-house by Westport, and her broker notes she is "turnkey ready".

Simplicity was last asking $5,495,000

Welcoming guests on board is a sociable main saloon that offers both a lounging corner with a cluster of sofas and a dining table for eight for more formal entertaining.

A country kitchen is also featured on board, paired with a breakfast table providing an informal dining space.

Simplicity can accommodate up to eight guests across four en suite cabins. This includes a full-beam owners' suite sporting a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and a his-and-hers en suite. Below deck, a VIP suite is located forward, benefiting from a private entrance as well as two additional guest cabins; one double and one twin.

Al fresco living is central to Simplicity's design, offering various dining and lounging spaces across both decks. The main dining area can be found on the aft deck with a table for six complemented by a banquette and is situated beneath a hard-top roof, ensuring all-weather use. A drinks bar is also featured in the same space, providing an alternative hosting area.

Moving forward, a private lounging space is nestled into the bow, where a circular bench sits with uninterrupted views off the front of the yacht.

One of the biggest highlights on board is the bridge deck, where guests can lounge on the soft furnishings, soak in the spa pool or lie on sunpads, all underneath an optional shade for comfort and versatility.

Up by the helm, a built-in sofa and coffee tables accompany the controls, along with a bar and two bar stools.

The motor yacht reaches a speedy top speed of 25 knots and can cruise at 22 knots. She boasts a maximum range of 2,500 at 12 knots with power deriving from her two MTU engines.

Simplicity was last asking $5,495,000.
