A new joint-central agency has been announced on the 36.5-metre ISA motor yacht Back 9 And a Half, now listed for sale with Josh Gulbranson of Fraser and Matt Emerson and George Bittles of Burgess.

Delivered by the Italian yard in 2017 and refitted in 2024, Back 9 And a Half is a fast planing motor yacht from the ISA 120 Sport Yacht series built in GRP. She passed her RINA 5-year survey in 2022, and her broker notes that she is capable of Commercial Registration for charter purposes, should her new owner wish to pursue this. Her exterior design is by Andrea Vallicelli, while her interior was penned by Francesco Guida

The 244GT yacht benefits from a seven metre beam and a voluminous interior. Her main saloon layout is bright thanks to wide windows with an unconventional layout consisting of a dining table aft of the lounging area and semi-circular glass doors that open out to the aft deck. As such, the communal living area has an indoor-outdoor feel. The space also includes a sit-up bar.

Accommodation for a party of 10 comprises a split-level master suite located forward on the main deck, plus two VIP double suites and two twin cabins on the lower deck.

Back 9 And a Half boasts many versatile exterior spaces with an array of leisure and entertainment amenities. Her main deck aft is dedicated to a plush sunbathing area with sunpads and a lounge, flanked by two curved staircases that lead up to the sundeck.

Here, guests can enjoy an al fresco dining table for 12, protected by the bimini and complemented by a wetbar, dumbwaiter and icemaker. A spa pool, sunpads and large sofas complete the scene and make this a popular spot for relaxing days while underway or at anchor.

A third collection of sunpads features on the foredeck; meanwhile, the stern features a large platform ideal for launching water toys and enjoying time at sea level.

Power comes from three MTU diesel engines, propelling the sporty yacht for sale to a top speed of 31 knots, cruising at 24. Zero-speed stabilisers, dynamic positioning and shallow draft open up cruising options to anchorages that bigger vessels can't reach.

Back 9 And a Half is asking $8,700,000, with US Duty Paid.
